Public Areas Attendant
About the Role:
Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the hotel and residences. Also supports the back‑of‑the‑house cleanliness such as employee lockers, hallways and service elevators.
What You Will Do:
Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel including staff areas as assigned.
Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked each hour as a minimum.
Dust all tables, lamps and ledges in all public areas and corridors.
Clean all glass doors and mirrors in public areas.
Assist guests by answering questions.
Dust all marble in lobby and all surfaces.
Clean telephones. Ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtrays, and matches are available.
Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean and stamp with logo.
Clean employees’ washrooms on all floors including pool area.
Make out work orders for any deficiencies and bring them to the Housekeeping Department.
Check guest elevators regularly, clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required.
Housekeeping House Attendant
About the Role:
This position supports the Housekeeping Team by stocking rooms and storage areas with clean linen, transporting dirty linen, and assisting with heavy‑object moves in guest rooms.
What You Will Do:
Keep all villa sidewalks/patio areas neat, swept and mopped depending on surface. Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark‑free.
Keep all service‑elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean, organized and tidy by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.
Move racks of clean rooms linen to guest‑room floors.
Stock linen storage rooms daily with supplies and amenities.
Empty trash and dirty linen from guest villas.
Help move beds, furniture, turn mattresses, remove or hang sheers and drapes.
Assist the Housekeeping team as required.
Guestroom Attendant/Turndown
About the Role:
The Guestroom/Turndown Attendant services guest rooms and housekeeping requests, ensuring overall comfort and a refreshed evening environment.
What You Will Do:
Provide an integral part of the Housekeeping Team by delivering turndown services, cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the guest room annually.
Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on, and prepare the bed.
Restock towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc.
Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
Interact with guests to make them feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and accommodating any special requests.
What You Bring
High school education or equivalent experiences.
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization.
High level of attention to detail.
Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning equipment.
Understanding and working knowledge of English.
Valid driving license to operate golf carts with a clean driving record.
Flexible schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
