T & N Services and Solutions is seeking a licensed Clinician (1099 Contractor) to provide outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) services in Baltimore, MD.
This role offers flexibility with structure — ideal for a clinician who values autonomy but also takes pride in quality care, timely documentation, and professional accountability.
We are building a program where clinicians are supported, expectations are clear, and care is delivered with integrity.
Position Overview
1099 Contractor role
Hybrid schedule (minimum 1 day per week on-site, remainder flexible/remote based on services)
Fee-for-service compensation based on billable hours
What You’ll Do
Provide individual and group therapy for SUD and co-occurring clients
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and reassessments
Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, MI, trauma-informed care)
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Medicaid and program standards
Manage your caseload and scheduling in coordination with the team
Collaborate with clinical leadership, care coordinators, and recovery support staff

Who We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Active Maryland license (LGADC, LCADC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent)
Experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment
Knowledge of ASAM criteria and level of care placement
Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through
Comfortable working in a structured and accountable environment
Performance Expectations
Meet agreed-upon billable hour expectations
Complete documentation within 24–48 hours
Maintain consistent client engagement and attendance
Participate in required meetings and clinical oversight
Be present on-site at least one day per week
Compensation
$40 – $70 per billable hour (based on license and experience)
LGADC/LMSW: lower range
LCSW-C/LCPC/LCADC: higher range

Struggles with completing documentation on time
Prefers minimal accountability or inconsistent engagement
Is not comfortable balancing flexibility with clear expectations
