The ideal candidate should possess a valid phlebotomy certification and have a minimum of 6 months' experience in performing venipunctures. Responsibilities include handling blood draws, labeling, and packaging specimens, as well as following OSHA regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
