We are seeking an experienced and professional

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

to join our clinical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is ideal for a nurse who values

precision, compassion, and a calm, patient-centered approach .

Key Responsibilities

Provide

attentive, high-quality nursing care

to patients undergoing medical detoxification

Monitor and document

vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status

with accuracy and consistency

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Communicate effectively with the RN regarding

patient progress and clinical concerns

Contribute to a

calm, safe, and therapeutic milieu

Maintain

thorough, compliant documentation

in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards

Respond to clinical changes with

sound judgment and professionalism

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted

LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Current

CPR/BLS certification

(ACLS preferred)

Prior experience in

detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care

strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to maintain

professional boundaries, discretion, and confidentiality
