This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pet Care Professional at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel, located in Penfield, NY. The Pet Care Professional will handle daily pet care routines, including feeding, grooming, exercising, and monitoring pets' health and behavior. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and safe environment, administering medications as needed, and ensuring a positive, engaging experience for the pets in our care. The role is essential for upholding the standards of quality and compassionate care that our customers and their pets have come to trust.
Qualifications
Experience and skills in pet care routines, including feeding, grooming, and exercising pets
Knowledge in monitoring pet behavior and administering medications
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure a clean and safe environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pet owners and team members
Passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being
Ability to work in a physically active role and lift up to 50 pounds, if necessary
Previous experience in pet care or related field is a bonus but not required
