Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
Aid with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Qualifications
One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred
Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
