Position Summary
Performs secretarial duties including typing, shorthand, filing, answering telephones, scheduling patients, completing patient travel requests, and making copies. Must have a valid work permit with parental consent.
Position Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with office machines (multi‑line telephones, computer, fax machines, etc.).
Computer skills.
Good human relations and oral/written communication skills.
Must possess organization skills and the ability to handle confidential information and exercise good judgment independently.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with varying personalities, remain calm, tactful, and diplomatic at all times.
Ability to work independently and maintain accountability of work.
