Responsibilities
Huntington Learning Center East Louisville is seeking part-time tutors and professionals for tutoring. You will work one-on-one or in small groups with learners. There are no lesson plans to prepare and no homework to grade. You will provide individualized instruction for students in grades K–12 across Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Study Skills, Phonics, Vocabulary, Science, and standardized test preparation, including high school entrance exams as well as ACT and SAT prep. You must be able to teach both science and math. To support student success, tutors participate in initial and ongoing training in Huntington’s instructional methods and proprietary curriculum.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Certification preferred, but not required. Paid training required.
