Overview
Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139-bed community hospital serving residents of St. Clair and Sanilac counties. It offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care, primary stroke center, cancer care, surgical services, physical therapy and rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and specialized diabetes programs.
Responsibilities
Provide general patient care to individuals of all ages with patience, compassion, and understanding.
Perform tasks within scope of practice such as conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians, enhancing public health awareness, and prescribing medications.
Qualifications
MSN with specialization as an ARNP.
Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
BLS certification upon hire and maintained thereafter.
One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
Previous experience with electronic health record systems.
