in Naples, FL seeking a
hands‑on Pharmacist in Charge
to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep production running smoothly.

Weekday shift only – no nights/weekends
PIC role with real operational impact
Established pharmacy tech support
Autonomy with visibility to senior leadership
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead daily pharmacy operations, workflow, and production
Supervise technicians, and support staff
Ensure full compliance with State and Federal regulations
Oversee controlled substances (CII) and inventory systems
Maintain and enforce USP 797 compliance programs
Partner closely with Pharmacy Operations leadership
Work on the floor alongside your team (approximately 75% of the time)
Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous process improvement
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of pharmacist experience (LTC or high-volume preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Strong background in compliance, operations, and workflow management
Experience with IV compounding or sterile operations is a plus
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
Ideal Backgrounds
Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), Pharmacy Manager or Operations Pharmacist
Lead Pharmacist ready for next step
LTC, compounding, or high-volume pharmacy environments
The Environment
This is a small team‑oriented pharmacy where accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are critical. You’ll have the support of leadership along with the autonomy to run your operation and make a meaningful impact.
