Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Knowledge of proper hygiene, infection control procedures, and patient safety protocols.
Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the United States.
Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management skills.
