About the Role
We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides (HHA). This role is ideal for caregivers who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts providing assistance with companion care. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.
Schedule
Looking for 2 days/week, 3 hrs/day (consistent flexible schedule).
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance with companion care, including supervision, companionship, and emotional support as needed.
Support safe mobility and transfers while assisting the client with movement and positioning.
Assist with light housekeeping, companionship, and other daily living activities to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure client comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers.
Follow the established care plan and maintain clear communication with the care team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience.
Preferred: Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program.
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
Ability to adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality of client medical information.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID‑19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B.

Provide client‑facing care as assigned, including assisting with daily tasks, companionship, personal and hygiene care, and active/passive mobility work as defined by the care plan.
Adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment.
Adhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of client medical information.
Job Requirements
