Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes in alignment with the facility’s plan of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.
Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
