Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
Organize and prioritize patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
Demonstrate accountability for own ethical behavior and support ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
Serve as an advocate for patient needs.
Recognize and adapt to changes in patient condition (e.g., lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
Utilize SBAR format tool to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings, perform nurse‑to‑nurse report at the bedside.
Education Benefit Program
After 180 days of employment, full‑time employees may receive up to $18,000 over five years and part‑time employees up to $9,000 for debt relief and student loan assistance.
Requirements
Associate of Nursing or Diploma or Foreign Equivalent (upon hire).
Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma or Foreign Equivalent (upon hire).
Registered Nurse: AZ license (upon hire).
Basic Life Support – CPR (upon hire).
Preferred
One year medical/surgical acute experience.
Compensation
$35.00 - $58.63 per hour.
