OBGYN Opportunity - Nashville, TN | Women Obstetrics & Gynecology
Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is growing and seeking a
Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician
to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and collegial teamwork within a supportive private practice setting.
Practice Highlights
Comprehensive Practice : Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.
Hospital Privileges : Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart for efficient inpatient care.
Flexible Schedule : 3.5 clinic days per week with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days.
Shared Call Model : 16 rotation ensuring equitable call and holiday coverage. Call can be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling patient calls.
Strong Support System : Robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team including Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA); Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider; Weekend rounding support from APPs.
Professional Growth : Robust mentorship and partnership pathway available.
