Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor, located in Methuen, MA. While work from home opportunities are available, in-person sessions at our office are also necessary for initial patient visits. Primary responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, providing counseling and therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care. The role requires documentation of client progress and participation in case management activities to provide holistic support. This is a supervised role that allows opportunity for mentorship while working towards licensure.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mental Health, Psychology, and Therapy
Master’s degree in Counseling, or related mental health field (Required)
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Experience working in diverse and multicultural settings is a plus
