Equinox offers positions for Dual‑Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians in South Bay.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
The Massage Therapist’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Analyzing, consulting and performing massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
Directing all efforts towards member satisfaction.
Performing 25, 50 and 80 minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages.
Ensuring the treatment room is cleaned after each session and at the end of each shift.
ESTHETICIAN
The Esthetician’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Analyzing, consulting and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
Responsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfaction.
Position offers a path for growth into management within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid CA Massage Therapy license or certification.
Valid Esthetician license.
Specific training in facial and body waxing.
1-2 years of experience preferred.
Evening and weekend availability mandatory.
Willingness to develop a personal practice within the corporation.
Excellent communication skills, positive energy, dynamic group‑building personality.
Computer literacy.
Cross‑trained in multiple services such as stone massage, prenatal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology highly preferred.
PAY
Pay transparency: $39.50‑$43.50 per session; $17.87 per hour for non‑session work. Opportunity to earn bonuses.
