Lab Technician
We are seeking a
Lab Technician
for a full-time, office-based role in Madison, WI, within a leading Clinical Research Organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate specimen handling and ensure timely processing of biological samples for early-phase clinical trials.
Operate laboratory equipment, perform phlebotomy, and maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety protocols.
Support participant care, respond to emergencies, and work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
