Position Overview
We are seeking a Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about working with children and delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, positive, and team‑oriented pediatric dental environment.
Location: The Woodlands, TX

Key Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Perform dental cleanings for infants, children, and adolescents
Take and interpret dental radiographs in accordance with Texas regulations
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
Support behavior management techniques to ensure a positive patient experience
Assist the doctor with exams and pediatric procedures as needed
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Follow infection control protocols and OSHA standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including lactation consultants and therapists) to support whole‑child health
Qualifications & Requirements (Texas RDH)
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Texas
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Certification to administer local anesthesia (preferred or required based on practice scope)
Nitrous oxide monitoring certification (preferred)
Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and behavior management techniques
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
A compassionate, patient‑focused approach with a positive attitude
