Job Summary
The Coordinator, Materials Planning is an established and productive individual contributor who supports the NDC Site Operations team by ensuring accurate inventory management and material availability to facilitate benchtop trials. The role works under moderate supervision and is responsible for routine inventory tasks, material restocking, and coordination with stakeholders to maintain a lean and effective Stock List.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct routine inventory of NDC benchtops to maintain agreed‑upon levels of materials and determine restocking requirements.

Support trial excellence by ensuring supply and timely availability of Stock List materials, proactively resolving supply or delivery issues.

Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and procedures.

Break down incoming stock materials into smaller batches and re‑pack them for benchtop use.

Assist in removing expired, excessive, and recycled material from NDC in accordance with Nestlé environmental policies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to keep the Stock List lean and relevant for benchtop development work.

Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with Nestlé standards and regulatory requirements, including execution of Inventory Tickets transactions.

Job Qualifications

A.S. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience working in warehousing, food manufacturing, or culinary environments preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable performing physically demanding work in extreme temperatures in an industrial environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Nestlé warehouse management systems.

Demonstrated flexibility to work under short timelines, changing schedules, and prioritize effectively to support trial excellence.
