Duties
Instruct classes in Pearland, Friendswood & League City (must have reliable transportation)
Implement age-appropriate dance and gymnastics curricula
Lead dynamic classes and other styles to engage children of various ages and skill levels
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students
Communicate effectively to our management team
Use photography or video to document student progress and create engaging visual content for promotional purposes
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians through clear communication and personalized feedback
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment with proper equipment setup
Skills
Strong background in curriculum development tailored to children’s dance, gymnastics or early childhood education
Proven experience in teaching young children with patience and enthusiasm
Excellent classroom management skills to maintain discipline while encouraging creativity
Knowledge of behavior management strategies suitable for preschool and early childhood settings
Ability to adapt lesson plans for students with special needs or varying developmental stages
Competence in photography or videography to showcase student achievements
