Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Lincoln Park, IL
Specific responsibilities include:
Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to each service
Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
Being knowledgeable of all products and providing accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
Preparing a wellness card for each guest with products recommended for home care
We have part‑time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM, weekdays and one weekend day per week required.
Skills/Requirements
State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The competitive commission range for this position is based on a percentage of individual sales. The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $83.00 – $102.00. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
