Overview
Sign‑On Bonus of $20,000.00 for 0.8 FTE or higher. (+ on‑call every 4th week)
Would accept any FTE. Join our dedicated home care team and play a vital role in supporting patients with pulmonary conditions. In this position, you will assist in the treatment, education, and ongoing management of home medical equipment, helping patients breathe easier and live more comfortably at home. Your work directly improves quality of life while providing compassionate, hands‑on support.

Responsibilities
Set up and provide education on safe use of respiratory equipment according to physician prescription and patient evaluation.
Document setup and follow‑up as necessary.
Assist in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Select appropriate and cost‑effective equipment and supplies from approved product options.
Complete communication tasks timely (respond to email, voicemail, telephone; attend staff meetings; ask questions; review communications).
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of a State Board approved program for Respiratory Therapy and valid license as a Respiratory Therapist.
Licensure/Certifications:
Credentialed as a CRT or RRT.
Mandatory Reporter: Child & Dependent Adult Abuse.
CPR Certification.
Valid licensed driver with automobile insurance.
Minimum Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision making, and problem solving.
Knowledge of professional respiratory therapy principles and practices.
Ability to work as a collaborative team member.
Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
Other:
Use of usual and customary equipment to perform essential functions of the position.
