Job Requirements

Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license with the state of California.

Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

Must possess and maintain a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate.

TNCC within 18 months.

Completion of Critical Care Course within one year of employment for RN without ICU experience.

One or more year experience in a Critical Care, Step Down or Telemetry setting, Medical/Surgical, or completion of New Graduate Nurse Residency Program.

Must be able to take call, float to other areas, and work on weekends as required.

Preferred

Advanced EKG Course.

Possess a current Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate.

Bilingual.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range
$60.22 - $79.24 /hour
