About Our Team
The surgical suite includes a 9‑room unit with a wide array of specialties serviced daily. With several nurses working this unit for 15 years or more, training and mentorship opportunities are abundant. Our multidisciplinary teamwork focuses on safe, quality, and compassionate care close to home.
How You’ll Contribute
Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Be responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

What We’re Looking For
Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing or a Compact State
Basic Life Support certification
Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
