Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/Psychologist) - Malden,M

LifeStance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for our Integrated Care and Outpatient team in Norwoods/Taunton. The role can be split between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams.

Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.

Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals.

Clinicians who thrive in this setting enjoy a quick pace, think on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work.

Qualifications

Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).

Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen.

Experience working with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatment.

Experience in a primary care environment is desirable.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
