RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!
We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more.
You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills. Come join us and make a positive difference in the life of a child!

Responsibilities
Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
State COTA license (or license eligible)
CPR certification
Valid state driver’s license
