Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Breast Imager to join a well-established, multi-specialty practice in Anchorage, Alaska. This is an onsite opportunity with flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time). The role offers generous compensation and full benefits including malpractice insurance, health insurance/HSA, 401(k), and CME allowance.
Responsibilities
Provide 100% breast imaging coverage, including screening and diagnostic mammography, and related modalities.
Operate full spectrum breast imaging, including Contrast Enhanced Mammography and Breast MRI.
Utilize tomosynthesis units and affiliated biopsy capabilities; coordinate wireless localizations.
Participate in a multi-specialty practice setting with a focus on high-quality imaging and patient care.
Qualifications
Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Fellows and residents welcome to apply.
Ideally completed a one-year fellowship in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience.
MQSA preferred.
No MSK or Neuro MRI required; subspecialty readers in MSK/Neuro/Vascular available in the practice.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $800k base with a $100k benefits package (full-time onsite).
Sign-on bonus: $75k or fellowship stipend.
Flexible options: 17 weeks on/1 off, 26 weeks on/2 off, or 40 weeks onsite.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Full benefits package including health insurance, disability, HSA, 401(k), and CME allowance.
