Empowerment Case Manager for Homeless Services

Care For the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager in New York, NY to provide direct case management services for homeless individuals. You will facilitate housing applications, conduct psychosocial assessments, and advocate for clients' services. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in case management with underserved populations. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred. This role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
