Responsibilities
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and preparing lab specimens.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
Provide patient education and support, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.
Qualifications
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or minimum 6 months of experience)
BLS
TB
Phelbotomy Certification ( optional)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy healthcare environment.
Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
