This is a unique opportunity to work one‑on‑one with a client in a well‑equipped, thoughtfully designed home with consistent support from family and healthcare professionals.
We are seeking a skilled CNA or highly experienced caregiver to provide care for a 40‑year‑old male with a traumatic brain injury (TBI). This role is ideal for someone confident in hands‑on, total care who values structure, consistency, and a supportive environment.
This is not a typical home care case; the home is built specifically for his needs, and you’ll be working alongside an engaged family and care team who are involved and supportive.
Available Schedules (must be able to commit to one set)
Day Shift: Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Provide full assistance with activities of daily living
Perform Hoyer transfers safely and confidently
Provide bed‑bound care, including repositioning and skin integrity support
Manage incontinence care with dignity and attention to detail
Monitor client’s comfort, safety, and overall condition
Follow established care plan and communicate with care team as needed
