Contract: LTC/SNF, 35-38 hour guarantee, 90% productivity, possibility to float to building across the street, 30 day cancellation, schedule includes weekends (Sun–Thurs, Tues–Sat).
Preference for experience; new graduates welcome at a lower rate/longer contract.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care as a PT in a skilled nursing facility on a 13-week travel assignment. Deliver PT services according to facility protocols and comply with documentation and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state license (California). Experience in SNF or LTC preferred, but new graduates are considered with appropriate licensing.
