Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and collaboration with medical and therapy providers.
Qualifications
Experience with work-related injuries preferred
State licensure and unrestricted DEA license
Board Certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Medical Malpractice Insurance required
