Overview
We offer meaningful part‑time opportunities focused on flexibility and a schedule that fits busy lives. This role is truly part‑time, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week.
We confirm availability, shift days, and times early in the interview process. Team members are informed in advance of any schedule changes. Reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued. These part‑time roles are designed with flexibility on both sides.
About The Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and function as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute
You will answer phones, greet and focus on donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
You will help identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
You will be there for donors, working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What You Bring To Takeda
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift.
Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, occasional up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
Hear equipment from a distance.
Risk level 1 exposure to bloodborne pathogens; 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
1+ years minimum experience in customer or patient‑facing role.

Compensation and Benefits Summary
Location: USA - NJ - Deptford.
U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $19.00 per hour. Wages adjust to local minimum requirements. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, short‑term and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, holidays, wellness benefits. U.S. employees may receive up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
