Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Travel position – Lake Zurich, IL – 13 weeks – 40 hours per week – 8-hour day shifts – Start date 05/04/2026 – Travel employment.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy assistance in a SNF UNIT setting under supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
Assist patients with functional activities and therapy goals.
Qualifications
Active Illinois SNF UNIT license.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
Minimum 2 years of COTA experience.
Availability to start 04/13/2026 and finish 07/12/2026.
