Compensation and Career
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
$19/hr.+ based on experience and with potential for merit increases. Registered MAs earn $1 more/hr.
Shift differential: Additional $10/hr. for hours worked after 5:30 PM and weekends.
$500 sign on bonus at 90 days, plus $1000 bonuses at 6 and 12 months!
Annual merit increases
CAREER LADDER:
Opportunities for growth are available! MA, MA II, MA III, Trainer, Team Leader and Supervisor.
Compensation is based on each candidate's experience, skills, and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills, experience, and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Successful completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant program required
Successful completion of 160-hour MA Externship required
OR Completion of BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing)
Skills And Knowledge
Medical Assistant experience preferred
Reproductive Health experience preferred
Phlebotomy skills, or desire to learn, strongly preferred
Experience using a computer, Microsoft Products and EMR preferred
Current and active CPR Card, required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Bilingual language is a plus
