About the Role
As a member of our private infrastructure debt team, you will enhance our lending operations in the North American infrastructure finance market. This role involves complete investment lifecycle responsibilities, from origination and due diligence to execution and portfolio management, providing broad exposure to this growing asset class.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess
private financing deals in the pipeline which are internally originated
Analyze
infrastructure finance transactions including legal, technical and market due diligence, while
interrogating
financial models and conducting scenario analysis
Develop and write
investment credit memoranda and conduct detailed reviews of transaction documentation
Establish and maintain
a robust investment process and governance framework for internally sourced transactions
Monitor portfolio performance
through quarterly/annual reviews, analysis of the existing portfolio, and reporting on industry trends
Stay informed
about key players and market developments, contributing to investment views and strategies
Participate actively
in regular investment meetings and foster a team-oriented atmosphere of collaboration

The Infrastructure Debt team identifies and executes attractive private infrastructure debt investments across various sectors and geographies, managing a growing portfolio that provides stable, long‑term returns for clients.
About You
We seek an open‑minded, hard‑working, trustworthy, and enthusiastic team player who engages respectfully in challenging conversations. Comfortable building relationships with clients and stakeholders, you possess strong communication, project‑management skills, and meticulous attention to detail, thriving under pressure.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in banking, asset management, or an equivalent infrastructure finance department, preferably front‑office
Strong understanding of technical, legal, commercial and accounting aspects of infrastructure projects, including credit assessment, transaction modelling and execution
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including pertinent software know‑how
Written and verbal fluency in English
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of additional languages
Experience with sustainable or ESG‑focused infrastructure investments
Understanding of insurance company investment requirements
Experience in different infrastructure sectors (energy, transport, social, digital, etc.)
International work experience
Work Arrangement
Our company uses a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the option to work onsite full‑time. This position is not eligible for full‑time telework or visa sponsorship, including OPT.
Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $112,000 to $168,000. Compensation is based on location, scope, qualifications, experience, education, and budget.
