How you'll make an impact

Supervise and support a team of claims adjusters, ensuring they meet goals and deliver outstanding service.

Lead hiring efforts and provide training to help adjusters succeed.

Use tools like FOCUS and the Claim Operation Tool Kit to monitor performance and address challenges early.

Collaborate with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Set clear team goals, motivate your team, and create opportunities for their professional growth.

Ensure all team members maintain the necessary licenses and certifications.

About You

A high school diploma and 10 years of workers comp claims experience.

Licenses and certifications for all states where claims are handled, or the ability to obtain them.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

A passion for coaching and developing team members to help them grow.

A commitment to delivering consistent and flawless client service.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Position is fully remote in Central Time Zone. Candidates in Arkansas preferred, not required.

Compensation and benefits
