Area Focus: Production Floor
Responsibilities
Briefly talk with Inspector Packer/Shift Supervisor about problems that happened during the previous shift.
Inspect product per Quality Plan, Criteria Board, or other documented instructions- record information on proper form.
Pack product per Quality Plan or documented concession.
Communicate with the Supervisor for further instructions.
Perform secondary operations and rework per Quality Plans, Criteria Boards and as instructed by Supervisor.
Secondary and rework operations include and are not limited to drilling, trimming, sorting and assembly.
Report any quality and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Housekeeping and GMP Procedures
Maintain record keeping as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Work Standards
Basic Communication Skills, be able to read, understand basic English
Understand expectations of ISO documentation: Specifically, OP 34 and OP W23
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Team Player
Education
HSD or GED – Preferred but not required
Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting - Preferred but not required
Training
Good Documentation Practices
Good Manufacturing Practices
Instruction/Training in pertinent areas related to position
Schedule
12-hour shift on a 2,2,3 rotating schedule
