As a Patient Access Associate in our clinic, you welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle check‑ins, and make sure patient information is accurate and secure. You help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for—especially when they’re feeling stressed or unsure.
You’ll work closely with providers and clinic staff to keep the day running smoothly, all while building a career in a supportive, growth‑focused healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Greet patients in person and by phone
Schedule and check in patients for clinic visits
Register patients and verify insurance and demographics
Scan documents and verify coverage
Explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate
What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills
Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast‑paced clinic
Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
