Ins and Outs of the Role
Work Schedule:
You will work full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime. Technicians start their day by coming to the office, which operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, and then dispatch to various job sites, providing structure and coordination. Availability for weekend and on‑call shifts is required.
Your Day:
As one of our HVAC Service Technicians, you start your day by coming to the office and then dispatching directly to job sites across Pensacola. Your tasks include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and components, diagnosing system issues, performing routine maintenance and inspections, and ensuring customers’ heating and air conditioning systems operate smoothly and efficiently while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. You are the face of our company, and you always represent our heating and air conditioning business with the highest professionalism!
Essentials for Success
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification or relevant technical training
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices
Additional Requirements
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and/or a pre‑employment drug test to be eligible for hire.
Salary
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
