How you’ll make an impact in this role

This role performs the duties of a Registered Nurse for "all things" OB High Risk. Our trusted team of doctors, nurses and specialists deliver high-quality care for the mother and baby based on health and preferences.

Deliver advanced critical care nursing for high-risk patients, managing hemodynamic stability, critical drips, and advanced fetal monitoring.

Ensure interdisciplinary alignment, keeping the patient's perspective central during crises.

Lead the transition from crisis to stability, coordinating complex discharge or transfer plans, and supporting patients and families post-emergency.

Minimum Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
