Finance Managers have an eagerness to improve
Finance Managers must have at least 2 years of experience working in a dealership
Finance Managers must have knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Finance Managers with finance experience is preferred
Finance Managers must be proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
Finance Managers are well‑versed in title laws and registration process
Finance Managers must have a professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
Finance Managers must have expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
Finance Managers must have a valid driver’s license
