Required Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field.

Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LP, etc.).

Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).

Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Desired but Not Required

Experience in or interest in being trained to perform ketamine‑assisted therapy.

Experience and/or certification in clinical supervision.

Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnostic revisions, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.

For full‑time status, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Perform any additional duties that support the team and client care.
