Full‑time and/or part‑time NOC Registered Nurses are needed. Candidates who are highly motivated and eager to grow their careers, including those who are just starting out, are encouraged to apply. Flexibility is available for busy schedules.
Shifts
Overnight (NOC)
Responsibilities
Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
Supervising CNAs.
Medication administration.
Wound and treatment care.
Providing general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for nurse review.
Assessing and addressing resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctor's orders.
Qualifications & Skills
Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
CPR certified.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must work every other weekend.
