Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families using the clinical process of assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation. May respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
1‑2 years minimum acute care experience
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle a multi‑task environment
Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
Contract Details
$1,620 - $1,805 per week*
13‑week contract with possibility of extension
NOC shifts available
Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined
