Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Offset Press Operator located in Traverse City, MI. The Offset Press Operator will be responsible for operating printing machinery, ensuring high‑quality print production, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, performance basic machine maintenance and repairs, and maintaining quality control throughout the production process. The role requires efficiency in managing printing workflows and adherence to established production standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Machine Operation specific to printing machinery
Proficiency with Quality Control and maintaining consistent production standards
Strong knowledge of Printing processes and techniques
Ability to perform Troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolve printing equipment issues
Understanding of Pre‑press processes and preparation for printing tasks
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
Previous experience in the printing or publishing industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications or training in printing operations are advantageous
