Role Overview
Driving front end loading shovel, the right candidate will be responsible for feeding the plant, loading customers and keeping the site tidy and organised.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Load, move, and manage materials using a loading shovel or similar equipment
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Communicate professionally with drivers and site staff
Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the management team.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role or with heavy machinery is an advantage
Have a current FEL operating qualification (NPORS or similar) is preferable but not essential
Willingness to learn and undergo training
Good work ethic and team-player attitude
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
