Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare environments—from hospitals to clinics and ancillary support services
Lead projects through all phases, including master planning, programming, design development, documentation, funding support, and construction
Clearly communicate project goals, design standards, and processes with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence
Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Licensed Architect with active registration
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and promote ISG’s design solutions
Exceptional communication skills—able to convey ideas empathetically, visually, and effectively in both written and verbal formats
Strong knowledge of building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
Skilled at representing ISG and clients in public forums and stakeholder meetings
Proficient in architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
Demonstrated experience in healthcare design, including detailed architectural drawings and documentation
Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring others
Interest in evidence-based design and performance-based design solutions
