Mastery of technology – leverage electronic medical records to efficiently manage patient care, documentation, and communication.
Team collaboration – actively participate in daily huddles, ensuring seamless workflows and proactive solutions to patient and scheduling challenges.
Quality care standards – monitor medical necessity for orders, assist with referrals, and ensure compliance with quality payment incentive programs.
Patient education – conduct engaging and informative education sessions tailored to specific clinic needs.
Support & flexibility – cheerfully assist other units or clinics during shortages and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and experience: Graduate from an approved vocational licensed practical nurse program.
Certificates, licenses, registrations: Must maintain current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current BLS certification.
